I dream of a work culture where…<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2728 we could bring our full selves. Be accepted, be seen, and be understood;

\u2728 we don\u2019t need to hide behind the mask of \u201cI’m fine\u201d;

\u2728 everybody understands the true limits of the human body and stops treating people like machines;

\u2728 asking for help is encouraged, normalized, and celebrated;

\u2728 human well-being comes before company performance, because performance can not exist without humans;

\u2728 we can grow bigger, not shrink smaller. Encouraging us to use our full potential, but without pressure;

\u2728 we are given time to be ready, to grow, to \u201ccook\u201d, before we\u2019re expected to blossom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
