WE DID IT!!! \ud83d\udc6f\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A first workshop “Tubli t\u00fcdruku l\u00f5ksust v\u00e4lja”<\/a> with leadership coach and a dear friend Aino-Silvia Tali<\/strong><\/a> was a success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 beautiful ladies participated to explore more about their pattern of being a ‘good girl’. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We started with inner critique exploration. It was heart-breaking to hear how loud and cruel their inner critique is. Next we moved to finding the inner-figure of support. For some of participants it was a grandmother, for others – family friend. Seeing ourselves through their kind, loving and accepting eyes was healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next up, we worked on finding a person in our life whom we look up to, and recognizing that we all have the qualities we admire. Otherwise it wouldn’t be possible to notice such qualities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next work block was focused on examining how well we take care of our basic needs – sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships and joys. Each of participants made a decision on how to prioritize improving one of the areas by 5%. Little steps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further down, we did a creative therapy experience, where participants could draw and access deeper emotional layers of themselves. Ladies drew themselves as happy people and found out that happiness lies in little things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We finished the training with 3 brains concept – brain mind, heart mind and stomach mind. We experimented with making a little choice and finding out which brain takes a lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 hours of the training flew by very quickly. The feedback that was shared at the end was warm, sincere and kind. This encourages Aino-Silvia and myself to keep hosting such an events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
